Very intriguing. I'll have to pass this on to Martin. It makes me wonder if half the time I love what I see so I"ll love what I taste? But, then again, I do love food so it's more about taste then presentation. Thanks for the post!

Hi Laura! Thanks a million for your kind words. It was really hard behind the scenes to produce the event. We really all just winged it and it made me crazy because it slowed things down tremendously! Also, the power in the kitchen kept tripping the circuit breakers, so it was very hard to keep things hot. I totally apologize that your dinner was on a small plate. It was all we had and I know it wasn't as hot as it should have been. A lot of the media chose to have several dinners and that left us short on a couple of plates. We definitely have a lot to work on for the next event, but look forward to it! We had comped the media dinners, so if you are interested in a return trip, we will happily comp your dinner since you came incognito the first time! You sat at the fun table-I heard about you all!
